    Exceptional service, needed discs and pads replaced. Rang on 29/12/25 told to drop car off at 8.30 next day and they rang me just after 11 to say my car was ready. Can't fault the friendly staff and service I received especially for in the time of year it was, every where else I tried was al least a week or more. Will definitely use again in the future as this was my first time as a customer. Thank you Mr Clutch.

    After my car broke down and I was towed to Mr Clutch. They were able to diagnose the issue quickly and called me on the same day to say I needed a new starter motor and battery. They were able to fit it the next day and I was able to pick it up. Alistair, the manager, was professional, efficient, organised and very courteous throughout. Very relieved. Thanks Mr Clutch.

    Absolutely shocking customer service, I booked an MOT retest, 2 things to check, i phoned, made a note of the time while I was on the phone 3:15pm I turned up about 10 or 15 minutes before my time slot, the bald headed receptionist checked my time slot on the computer 3:15!! all good so far, then he took my keys and went speak to the MOT tester, about 30 seconds later he comes back and said "your time was 2:30 so you'll have to come back next week, he was blatantly lying, I told him I wasn't happy and he slammed my car keys into my hand and they fell on the floor (my fault really, I should have expected him to slam them into my hand) because I wasn't happy, so the fact that I drove across Bristol to get there, had to pay £9 for the clean air zone fee and had him lying to my face, I now have to drive across the city and pay clean air zone fee again?? As if I'm going to go there ever again! The retest would have taken no more than 5 minutes and now I have to pay £50 for another MOT elsewhere when it was them who made the mistake, double booked a time slot and then lied about it and slammed my keys into my hand. A complaint will be going in to head office on Monday, it was absolutely disgusting behavior . I would recommend you use ANY other garage apart from this awful grief hole.

    I have previously used Mr Clutch and have always been happy with their service, however, I was particularly impressed this time! I called Mr Clutch at lunch time with a concern about my front wheels. They booked me in for the following morning and within and hour after dropping my car off, they had called to tell me what was wrong. They managed to order the part in and by lunctime my car was fixed and ready to collect. Could not recommend enough!

    I called on a Monday and was booked in for a clutch replacement on the Wednesday. After dropping my car off I had it back within 24 hours. I'm very impressed with how professional the team is, I had a feeling of confidence that the work had been completed correctly. I have never used Mr Clutch before but I feel the price is very fair and the service they proivded me was 2nd to none. Thanks William
