Outstanding Service & Honest Expertise I recently had an issue with my car shaking after 70mph, despite having new tyres and a wheel alignment done elsewhere. I called Tyres Direct, and they scheduled me in for the very next morning—fantastic responsiveness! After explaining my situation, their team quickly assessed the problem and advised that I didn’t need another wheel alignment, just a full wheel balancing. They were absolutely right! Once the balancing was completed, I took the car for a test drive, and the shaking was completely gone. I truly appreciate their honesty and professionalism. Called in about switching wheels around to even up tyre wear and prep for the winter. Found me a slot later same day and offered a competitive price. Job done immediately upon arrival.
Wouldn't touch them with a barge pole. Not even sure what they actually did. Tyres were advisory on previous MOT, not on this one, yet the tyres weren't actually replaced or ever touched, and two days after a service & MOT, both my tyres caused the tyre warning light to appear, with VERY low pressure and had obvious cracking & perishing which obviously don't appear overnight yet, and I quote, 'no issues whatsoever with your car' is what I was told! Did they even look at the car? Probably not! Having said that, if you want your car to fly through it's MOT with no questions asked, go for it!
I work in the area, so this is 2nd time I have used them. Reception was good and they located the problem I advised them of. They fixed it same day and got some parts for me but could not fit for a couple of days due to absence of a manager and so I returned the following week where it was done quickly and efficiently. I recommend the lads there to all
