Just had a Wickes order delivered .Communication from City Sprint excellent with regular tracking and times for delivery.Driver was courteous and helpful placing order in requested area.Nothing too much trouble

Absolutely terrible. Waiting since 7am for a delivery from Wickes via Citysprint. Pick up my phone as he hangs up, by the time I get down a stairs he's starting to back up, I figure he is just turning around to unload but he drives right out of the place as I'm watching him. I call Citysprint as I'm watching him drive away, get put on hold then the lines drops, call back three times, he is minutes away at this point, and get told he'd been there for five minutes and called me twice and won't return. Really because I only have one missed call and there is a buzzer on the door directly to my workshop that he didn't bother to try. Absolute lowest grade of service you can imagine, do not use these people, they are entirely incompetent and do not care whether something gets delivered or not.

Tremendous service and clarity on time friendly courteous checked the details of order were correct before hoping I enjoyed the rest of my day and asked if I needed help lifting the products upstairs. Well done Jamie Thomson from Glasgow Service Centre. GL05.
Placed an order through Wickes for plastering materials to be delivered. There was a burst bag of plaster in my order and I said I was happy to leave it and collect another bag from the shop. The driver insisted on delivering it and dropped it all over the driveway. After spending an hour cleaning it myself, there is still plaster that has been set onto my driveway and down the drains. This happened in December and I have still not had any contact yet. This unnecessary incident is now resulting in me having to pay a professional over £200 for cleaning and further costs to re-sand. Already emailed the customer services email address and had no response.
Driver refused to deliver 5ft x 6ft garden boards to rear of house which would only have took an extra minute or so.will never use again .now I'm left on my own to move 2 garden boards of that size through my house .disgusting service and drivers attitude same .DO NOT USE .U HAVE BEEN WARNED ......

I am physically raging. My autistic daughter was expecting her mobile phone to be repaired and express delivered back yesterday 4th Aug 2018 after being repaired by Samsung in St Enoch. However even though I got a text from City Sprint saying it was signed for by Samsung just before 13:50. The repair team swear they didn't get it in their hands til just before 4pm so been told I would get it back first thing today sent by City Sprint. So after I get a phone call saying the courier couldn't get to the store due to areas cordoned off for the Euro Champs cycling. Samsung rep even offered to go to the street to give it but they said not possible as they needed to collect in person. I looked at the map the back end of the store wasn't in the cordoned area and City Sprint are actions the river at the rear so I don't see a problem of getting into the rear parking area of St Enoch Shopping Centre. City Sprint can't drive to the front of the shop any way as Samsung is on the 1st Floor. So I had to drag my daughter in on a hugely busy day and try and keep her calm on buses and in town with no music for her to listen to to drown out people. Poor excuse from City Sprint. When I called them the call was diverted to England as the hub in Glasgow wasn't even open on a Sunday.
