This was my first MOT for a Tesla Y. I couldn't find a garage that would do it. Halfords booked it, but when I arrived, they refused to do the MOT. This was the first garage where the wonderful guys said it would be no problem to do an MOT for a Tesla Y. The car was ready within an hour. I highly recommend them. Very helpful and friendly service.
Job well done! Had the car in for MOT with a few things as known repairs. They MOTd it as planned on that Sat but didn’t have time on the day to do repairs as there were some suspension & joint issues too (which AA had flagged to us a few months ago during a service just after purchase but I’d forgot about). They said we needed a new headlamp assembly which was going to take 2wks to arrive and cost £350 alone! I asked if they’d fit a used unit from a wrecker and they were happy to do so and even gave me a great recommendation as I went to Yate same day and got a working unit for just £35! MyGarage sorted the MOT next working day for £550 all-in which included two new tyres, checking and fitting the headlamp, sorting a ball joint and front suspension. Very happy, but was hoping they’d be able to do a minor repair to rear wiper too but they didn’t , prob didn’t really have the time as it was last working day before Christmas break! Overall they got us back on road well within budget and right before Christmas!!
Been using My Garage for the past few years - they have looked after me, my partner and my parents cars. Have recommended many friends who they have also looked after. Fast, friendly and efficient. As a woman, going to a car garage is usually a horrible experience. However My garage have completely changed my view on this. 4 years of MOT’s and never had a hidden charge or been told to have work done that wasn’t needed. They even did some diagnostic work for no charge! If I could give 6 stars I would!

Had been having my cars serviced there for 3 years and things were fine. Quite efficient A small noise was coming from the clutch a few months ago and i booked it in. The garage said it needs a master cylinder and may take 1 to 4 weeks to arrive .4 weeks passed and no word from my garage so i asked. Eventually the cylinder arrived and i took it in to be fitted. At the end of the day no word so i phoned. The guy Jamie said they were struggling and the job was too much hard work. They would prefer not to do the work I picked the car up and Jamie sheepish handed me the keys with no apology whatsoever. Har been car.less for.6.weeks at that stage.
I have recently bought a second hand car from My Garage Kingswood. The process was super easy and the staff were very helpful and honest. The car was fully serviced and MOT'd (included in the cost of the car) before I bought it. I noticed an issue with a sinking window a few weeks later but it was fixed quickly and with no charge! I would definitely recommend My Garage!! Thanks

Had an appointment for oil and filter change service.Amazing guys! The job was done in 1 hour (not like other corporate garages in 2 days, with appointment and nothing done) Very pleased with their professionalism, money wise is exactly how much I've expected, worth every penny! I will use them again!
