Don’t recommend if you’re looking for fixture in a timely manner or a friendly garage - receptionist is especially rude.

STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!! I called and urgently needed two rear tires and an alignment because my car wears the tires unevenly. I was promised that they would do the alignment and was given a price. I brought the car in a few days later at 8:30 AM, and at 4:30 PM I received a call saying they hadn’t done the alignment but had changed the tires instead. I explained to them that they could have called me before changing the tires, as it doesn’t make sense to do it without the alignment, and they just nodded and shrugged. The receptionist was EXTREMELY RUDE! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEIR SERVICE. THEY WILL DO EVERYTHING TO TAKE YOUR MONEY AND GET IT OUT OF YOU WITHOUT DOING THE JOB PROPERLY!!!!
Have just moved to the area and will be using Park Lane Autos every time I need a garage from now on! Great, friendly customer service all the way from booking the car in to picking it up afterwards, and they fixed the problem with one of my warning lights quickly and effectively. They also didn’t charge for this as it was such a quick fix, which was a really kind gesture. 100% recommend.

I went to Park Lane Autos for a service, and they recommended to replace the ancillary belt as it was showing some wear. (30£ total for the belt alone, not the service) 3 months after, that nearly new ancillary belt was broken, and after towing my car to the garage, I was told root cause was pulley tensioner had a misalignment they hadn't spotted initially leading to premature belt fail. Result was I had to pay 190£ (new tensioner and belt) due to an incomplete analysis in such a vital part of a vehicle in first instance with the added risk of generating a serious damage to my vehicle that luckily It didn't I do not recommend this garage
