First time I have used this garage and I can say what great service I had , needed mot and service but needed car back by 3.30 , they managed to fit me in , and get car back to me by 1.30 and supple a car for me to get home and back . Friendly and great service ,will use again ,thank you
Paul and his staff went above and beyond for my son when he had an A/C issue and radiator temp issue. They fitted his car in on a Friday afternoon as he was about to take a long journey to Cornwall. Having just moved to the area I am so happy to have found Norris Auto Services. I messaged them on their website and the next day they called me to book a full service & MOT for my BMW. After I dropped off my car they called me to say that on top of the above the car needed new pads & discs which they did same day. They updated the cars service history on the IDrive and online.
