Great grooming service. Done a brilliant job on our elderly shih tzu especially given she has quite a few age warts on her body. Good location with easy parking. Lovely reception on arrival and collection and our dog was not stressed at all. Highly recommended.
Due to lockdown my Yorkie looked like she needed a lawnmower. However she came back looking gorgeous and when my daughter picked her up they said she had been as good as gold. This was her first time with a male groomer so I was very pleased. Would highly recommend this groomer.
Very lovely, looks after my mother-in-law dog so well, he is getting a old boy now and take it easy on him. He loves going there so u know they take care of him well. Always come back looking and smelling grate. Would definitely recommend.
An update on my previous review.. The fact that you have stated my dog required to be muzzled comes as a huge shock to me as not once did you mention this when l collected him. You did say that he was not happy getting his paws groomed but this was normal behaviour especially with terriers. When I arrived l informed you that my dog was hyper and doesn't sit still for long, not that he was fiesty or aggressive, so again I am completely shocked by your statement. The £5.00 extra you charged was not an issue and don't know why you felt the need to mention it. Just for the record l ended the call as l felt I was getting nowhere with your staff member and my last words to him were that l would be leaving a review regarding my experience
I have used Pet Styling in Dunblane for years who are fantastic, recently moved home so thought I'd give this groomer a go. I have been left so disappointed as this Groomer obviously does not have a clue about the breed standard for a Welsh Terrier. He was trimmed at the same level all over and his striking beard was completely cut off even though I had specified not to cut it at all. When I complained the young man was extremely rude and stated that the beard had been cut as it was matted. I cannot emphasize enough that this is utter rubbish and a downright lie as my dog is groomed daily .( I would not recommend this groomer)
