Absolutely brilliant garage. Not only are the people absolutely lovely where nothing is too much to ask, the two times I've visited I've had a great experience with quality the quality of work. Very accommodating during the time where I had my car remapped and then very fast completion of a new exhaust tip today. Quick and efficient to want to help despite undertaking of lot of remedial works and day to day servicing jobs. Always try to do their best to accommodate as long as you're patience. They are very busy and fully booked weeks in advance. Despite initial complaints about having to go back a few times and on separate job with waiting times on tyres replacement, they have done their best to help me with check few different jobs at no diagnostic costs for separate issues I had previously. I then decided to do my first upgrade of my car which was Whiteline uprated bar and links. However I've had nothing but issues with clanking due to the quality control of supplied parts by whiteline rather than fitment or work carried out. After having ongoing issues with quality control of the links supplied by whiteline anti roll bar kit that Central Garage had fitted last November to my car, they have been quick to rectify to try and make adjustments accordingly needed. In the end though, the third time I've now gone back has caused the steel joint bearings to rub and cause lot of free play which was I was told subsequently causing wear at fastening rate after less than year of brand new anti-roll bar parts. Due to the thickness and stiffness of the bar, the power coating has now been striped which is not particularly reassuring to know, but at least the clanking clunking noises I was suffering have now been alleviated after third time with brand new replacement links. Hopefully I won't need to go back again, the upgrade to handling is exceptional and it has made driving the car around corners feel very planted. However, that being said, I'm not sure if QC of Whiteline supplied kits this garage get distributed to them are of highest quality for price you pay or hold up up to rigours of the roads. I am hoping now with new links and tightening won't cause it to become loose on ball joints which has caused the wear and clanking noises. It would be a shame to have it completely removed. Not only that, I am not living in area anymore so what was a 10min walk to the garage is now 50min journey for me to go back and for the garage to accommodate me due to work commitments. Central Garage (Alan) has been great at providing a fast response, communicating the issues and trying his absolute best to accommodate and fit me in considering where I now live. Personally I hope I don't have ever have to go back again. I just hope Whiteline this time after video that was provided by Central Garage to them to show the wear/abrasion, have provided better parts/links which won't cause the same issues. It's hard to know exactly why or how the issues are occurring? Central Garage have been understanding to stay beyond closing time to fit me in when I've not had any time. Not many (if any) garages would do that. I just hope and pray I don't have to go back to them with this. Given issues I've had, it was only due to convienence and availability of a local garage at time to provide the uprated Whiteline kit that I wanted as was led to believe it was one of best upgrades to make to improve handling. I'm not sure I would do this again due to pertinent issues around Whitelines supplied kits. I pray that this time the kit will last throughout the warranty period and will last the age of the car as designed to be. I want to give 5 starts for service, but I am anxious to see if problems experienced will return...
