   After many years of looking after losing my main mechanic a while back, I feel I've found a place I can trust & feel comfortable taking my car to. Work was explained well & was done efficiently, promptly & was cheaper than the qoute first given. Was told it didn't take as long as first thought & they like to pass the saving on. Practically unheard of in this day & age. Other reviews also mention this(it was "one" of the reasons I took a punt) & I want to add my voice to the choir. The "Which" badge/accreditation is fully deserved & justified. Thanks guys, you have a new customer going forward.

   Great problem solving and passing on the savings. Honest, great service. Am a female who knows nothing about cars I do feel a bit wary of garage experiences. Dropped car off as boot wouldnt open, effecting central locking too. Really great service. Kept me informed, explained what would happen and idea of costs and the option if i wanted to go ahead. No pressure at all, even explained you can get cheaper parts from ebay instead of order via main dealer but couldnt guarantee how long it would last to help me make an informed decision. Dropped it back the next day, for the repairs but got a call saying parts delayed they had a tinker around and fixed it with out replacing the part. Great problem solving and passing on the saving as less labour and parts. They explained if you get issues again likely to come back to replace. Credit where credit is due. Very happy with experience. Word of mouth recommendations are priceless and would def recommend to friends and famils

   DO NOT GO TO THIS GARAGE IF YOU ARE A WOMAN. The manager is condescending and chauvinistic. Throughout my interactions with him he made cocky and snide remarks in regard to the work I had completed at another garage, stating more than once that the parts i had fitted were cheap, little did he know the parts were purchased through a dealership, so this shows he cannot be trusted, his ego had obviously been hurt as I chose not to have the work completed at his over priced garage. After taking my car to another garage they advised the parts and work were not currently needed. It is 2023 and sickening that women are still treated this way by men in garages. Take your car to a garage where they are worthy of your hard earned money. As to your response below the car passed the MOT as the suspension arms did not need replacing as you said they did, the allegations are not false they are my opinion and if you look most of your reviews are from men. The MOT was not free you charged me initially and legally I have up to 10 working days to do the work for you to retest, nothing was 'free'. Google is for reviews and this is my review of the company. Also I did not say the words you have quoted, so maybe your response should be reviewed and taken down by Google, the only other negative review you have is also by a female customer, it is not an accurate depiction of the company if you are going to have negative reviews removed.

   All I want to say is that they took care of my BMW 2007 model . An old car with some issues and they fixed it in no time reasonable price always taking care of the customer! . I couldn’t trust any garages. But I checked their reviews and it was good so I went to them. And they did do it so well. Anyone who wants to service their car . William autotech! Is the best for you guys. Very friendly as well!

   I Used Williams Auto Tech after i asked one of my Car forums who to use, Simples Matt one of the mechanics said we are close. Having only ever owned this Audi, i was encouraged by the fact that Matt has the identical car to mine, so felt in good hands. I absolutely cannot complain about the service and advice i received from these guys, although i did get some thought provoking ideas on how to improve my A6 (I Must add some are very tempting !!). I will definitely not be going anywhere else to have my A6 cared for. Thanks
