    The sales team member that helped with the purchase was great, gave me a good offer for part ex, and the car was in fantastic condition. The only two points that were bothersome, the attitude of the other sales person to the gentleman making the sale seemed condescending when he made a very slight slip up with the pricing of the optional extras, a simple correction would have surficed instead of a mini-grilling. And time, I think its the longest car buy / sale Ive experienced, not helped by bank transfer speeds, but this one is perhaps nit-picky, as not necessarily the dealers fault.

    My family purchased a 3-year-old car from Chipping Sodbury Motor Company. Less than a year later, and after only 20,000 miles of driving, the engine failed due to a blown head gasket — requiring a full engine replacement. I contacted the dealership about this serious issue, but they showed no interest in helping, simply pointing out that we hadn't taken out their extended warranty. I was fully prepared to bring in a private inspector to prove there was likely an inherent fault with the vehicle at the time of sale, and even take the matter to court. Unfortunately, due to the health and stress concerns of an elderly family member involved, I’ve decided not to pursue legal action. Still, I find it deeply concerning that a 3-year-old car that has done 20,000 miles since purchase could suffer such a major failure, and the dealership had no willingness to engage or investigate. I would strongly advise others to think carefully before buying from this dealer. Based on our experience, I wouldn’t go back. Be warned.

I dealt with Justin and I have to say that the service and knowledge delivered was top class, no question was unanswered and he put me at ease throughout. A real old school dealership with old school values and salesman who are there to meet standards as well as hit numbers.
