   I had an extremely disappointing experience with this recovery company. I was originally told that our fleet vehicle would be recovered on Wednesday, but that never happened. When I called to follow up, the receptionist was incredibly rude—she constantly spoke over me, raised her voice, and eventually hung up the call. This kind of behaviour is completely unacceptable, especially from someone in a customer-facing role. Rather than offering help or apologising for the delay, I was met with hostility and zero professionalism. Shocking service overall. Being without a vehicle is already stressful, and being treated like this while simply trying to get information made the situation much worse. I strongly believe management needs to seriously re-evaluate how their call-handling staff are trained.

   I was really pleased with the service provided this evening from Martyn King EU08E00, and his co-worker. He co-ordinated the pick-up, along with a very helpful VR Ltd Receptionist of my car, by keeping in touch with me so that I knew the time of arrival. Meaning I didn’t have to wait very long in the cold. He used Hyab equipment to remove the vehicle from the road. I had every confidence in his experience of carrying out this difficult task. He was helpful and friendly.

   I can’t thank Victoria Recovery enough for the outstanding service I received, especially from Shane. From the moment he arrived, he went above and beyond—he even picked me up directly from my hotel, which was such a relief during an already stressful situation. The tow from Bristol to Kent was nearly a 4-hour journey, but Shane made the entire experience smooth and comfortable. He was professional, patient, and genuinely kind the whole way. His calm attitude and expertise turned a stressful day into something completely manageable, and I felt taken care of every step of the way. Victoria Recovery is incredibly fortunate to have Shane on their team. I’d recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, compassionate, and truly exceptional recovery service.

   5* service when Tom arrived, 1* wait time. I was stranded on the hard shoulder of the M5 for 3.5 hours. The AA do not attend ‘hard shoulder recovery’, so the job was passed to Victoria Recovery. Unfortunately it was a ‘busy evening’, hence the 3.5 hour wait. However, when Tom arrived, he was super polite, very helpful and managed to drive me home (on the back of a flat bed). Tim was incredible, calm, reassuring and absolutely spot on. Just wish they had more drivers like Tom and would have been great if he turned up within an hour (which is what the AA said would happen).

   These guys came out under contract ( Dean) from Autaid . I left my keys in the ignition of an Audi A2 and it locked itself . Dean made contact straight away after accepting the job , was at my house in 30 mins, he communicated very well and had the job done in ten minutes with no damage to the car . Excellent service all around ( Autoaid included ) I don’t know why people pay double to go with the AA/ RAC etc for inferior service .,

   Un professional over the phone. Called for recovery damaged car even more whilst recovering lost my only keys to the car never said sorry never got them never got any compensation. paid £460. £100 of that was to get it delivered to my house which was like 3 miles lost my car keys the only one I had. called them 3-4 times and all she said was oh I didn't loose them Il call the driver and ask him and call you back all 3-4 times same thing we call you back never called me back I'm down £460 and key's and even more damaged car.
