   Absolute SCAMMERS! Not safe ! Massively over charged for parts. Wouldn’t tell me what brand parts were so couldn’t check the prices …. Carried out work I didn’t ask for .. and didn’t complete simple jobs I did ask for. Had my car for just over 4 WEEKS and all they did was the following * front only= pads and discs * one Track rod end (didn’t even ask me about) * Oil change (I provided the oil) £700 for that ……Shocking treatment.. I rang over 10 times left 5 voicemails with nothing in return so I turned up and they didn’t appreciate it, lies upon lies ! Absolute cowboys wish I done the work myself !

   Took my car for mot as my usual garage which I trusted could not fit me in and they failed it on emissions and tried to tell me that it would cost approximately £600 to get it through the mot. I had a feeling that they were trying it on as when I said that I could not afford it this side of Christmas they offered a temporary fix for £300 so I booked it into my usual garage and they passed it and I had a print out of the emissions which Stockwood didn’t give me.

   This is the mess my daughter was handed after they had the car nearly 8 weeks look at this gearbox they fitted its the wrong gearbox for the car!! this is so dangerous the car was not taken to them by choice it was under warranty from another car sales . I would say to anyone don't take your car to this garage the quality of work is extremely poor and dangerous you get lied to saying parts are on back order when all they did was weld a bracket instead of replacing it they should be banned from working on cars. With oil leaking from the bolt hole it's also a fire risk !! . All they said was bring it back to sort !! Anyone with half a brain would never take a car to this garage let alone let them do more work on it when you can't even put the correct parts on a car obviously have a bunch of extremely inexperienced people there . Avoid at all costs !!!

   Terrible experience, me and my family were always polite with them but when i collected my vehical i was made out to be a liar. Avoid this place at all costs they said all was fine just the breaks needed done yet my battery light is still flashing and when i turn there is an awfull grinding noise. I now need to take it somewhere else putting delays on getting my buisness up and running !!!

   Bad experience for getting works done that were not agreed upon prior. Complaint was met with very defensive staff, who insulted and accused me. Upon renegotiating the price, it still cost me more than double what I was expecting originally. They had a loss too of just over £100, which was 6x less than my share. Had the complaints approach been handled professionally, I would not have felt so sour, despite me losing out financially on works that were never agreed upon.

   Took my Audi A7 in with a steering fault In hopes they’d fix the problem. Instead they charged me £480 to ‘reconfigure the system’ and change a glow plug which they didn’t even do. What they did was completely unrelated to the problem which was just new rear breaks and sensors (Break pad fault was already displayed on the dash when I took the car to them). Another garage diagnosed and fixed the problem within half a day. Absolutely TERRIBLE service from the start right up until I took my car from them. No help at all. Would give them 0 stars if I could. I dealt with the owner ‘Malik’ who clearly took advantage of the fact I wasn’t clued up with what was going on. Please don’t take your car here.
