   Possibly the worst garage in Chepstow!! The owner is a pathological lier. Following my case being taken to the motor ombudsman to resolve it was proven the garage shown negligence on my vehicle and the garage was advised to refund the money paid to fix my car but they have still yet to fulfill these obligations !! They purchased incorrect cheap parts to fix my car multiple times and even caused damage to other areas of my car so i Would not trust anyone who works here or is associated with this garage !! check any work you have had done by this garage by a professional which is what I did and we found multiple issues with works carried out !! Check your car now to be safe

   Very good garage, I took my landrover for a service but I must admit I've never had a fuller explanation about the condition and status of the vehicle from anyone else in the trade. So easy to book online too, never need to call and of course you can book any time of the day or night.

   Don’t take your car to this garage. Failed my mot purposely because there a quite garage and tried to charge me for £500 repairs that didn’t need doing. Took my car to a reputable garage and they told me they have had me over to get money out of me. They didn’t need changing just advisable. They don’t want to take no liability for it and for putting me in a financial loss when I was already struggling financially they saw an opportunity and thought they would try there luck. Never again. Cheaper places for mot these guys will fail you on purpose and make them out to be there a reputable businesses.

   This was supposed to be an “RAC approved garage” I don’t know how they have been approved. My car was dropped off Saturday morning early hours before they even opened by the RAC. They told me they could only look at it on Monday which was fine. After chasing up Monday evening they kept telling me they might have time in the evening but it’s likely the day after. This same excuse was used everyday until the following Thursday where I had a phone call Thursday evening 30 minutes before they closed to say my fuel pump needed to be changed and it will cost £600. Absolute rip off, I had the car picked up and got this part for £114 which took 20 minutes to change, in what world is 20 minutes of labour almost £500? Not efficient at all and extortionate prices will definitely not use again

   Seen a few bad reviews here, but in all honesty they have always treated me well and done a great job for me. I've been taking my own vehicle's and my work vehicle's to easycar care for the last 12 years now and I've never had any problems with them. All the staff are friendly and helpful and provide an excellent service.

   Well not saying I’m happy. Took my car away from a passed mot yesterday and had to return it the same day as my wheel alignment was completed wrong, when i was steering straight i was going at a 45 degree and gel to the left. Took it to the garage and they said cos i drive it away and didn’t return it straight away it’s my problem, a £250 problem. Then when i returned it the staff got very snotty and then told me the would be ready 15 minutes before it closed and when i asked if i could pick it up they said I’d have to wait till the morning. This is partially my fault but now can’t into my flat cos my house keys were on my car keys

   Efficient but far too expensive. A service and MOT with minimal work totalled just shy of £400. Not even kidding. Would definitely not be able to recommend with a clean conscience. It pays to shop around and travel out for better value.

   Terrible attitude & service. I had an appointment for 9am & dropped off my van at 8-40 explaining I needed the van back after 2 hours. I'm self employed an needed to work. It was a service nothing difficult on a 21 plate van. I arrived back at 10-20 and the van hadn't been touched still parked in the same place. They told me lies saying they hadn't been given authorisation to start to the work by the leasing company, Guess what.. I rang 5he leasing company and they'd given authorisation at 08-50. Terrible attitude & service from this garage.

   Great mot when other garage had let me down. Gave good advice and got the car through with a pass with defect whereas other garage put the same thing as a major fail and additional fails which were not there.

   Always polite and efficient for services and MOTs but exceptionally good yesterday when my brake warning light went on. I stopped in, they immediately had someone take a look and diagnose the problem, and then gave me a courtesy car while they made the necessary repairs which were completed within a few hours. Thank you!
