I had a full service and RAC MOT done today here and was impressed by their professionalism and attention to detail. They even checked and cleared my engine warning light at no extra cost, which shows great customer care and goodwill. Highly recommend this garage for honest and reliable service!
David and PC Motors could not have been more helpful when our A6 developed a brake fault late on a Friday night. They were the only garage we could find in Bristol able to get our car fixed and get us back on the road by Saturday afternoon. They we're determined to use their supply network to solve the issue, full of ideas and suggestions regarding sourcing the required part, and never once said that we’d have to wait til Monday or that they couldn’t help - a true rarity in the UK today. We really are so grateful and highly recommend PC Motors!
I rang PC Motors on the off-chance, as I was looking for a same day MOT. Their schedule was full but they went for the good deed and said they'd do their best to help. I collected my car the following day, work completed and MOT obtained. Their communication was prompt and clear. I really appreciate the kindness shown to me as a brand new customer and I will absolutely be using them again.
Can't comment on if this garage is good or not but I went there as they are an independent VW specialist. I explained that my Body Control Module (central locking computer) had failed and that I bought another one from a yard and asked if they would transfer the programming. I said I would accept liability if it didn't work but they didn't want to know.
Helped us out when our car broke down. Fast, efficient, friendly service. Vehicle diagnosed and repaired the following day at a fair price. Recommended and would return. Thanks guys.
I'm not one to usually leave reviews but just wanted to say PC Motors are awesome. I phoned yesterday managed to book my MOT for today, no issues, really friendly guys. Would definitely use them again!
Worst experience with them. Friend recommended them and I thought i should give them a chance. And omg. Such terrible service. I left my car to fix the fog light. When I went to pick. The reflectors were broken and they said it was broken before already which didn’t because I know I left my car in perfect condition apart from the fog light to be fixed. They didn’t take the responsibility at all. It got shattered on their premises whether when they parked my car or by their men. Secondly they refused to show me the original receipt where it says that they fixed my fog light originally from Ford. I asked them for the copy they didn’t even bother to show let alone the copy. I have no proof of it’s from Ford or not? . Does it have any guarantee or not ? My mistake was I didn’t take the picture before I left my car with them because I trusted them. Horrible customer service. They aren’t picking my calls. Not returning my calls. I’m so upset. I’m a single mother I can’t afford to fix another light :(
