   Unfriendly, unhelpful. My car failed the MOT and I had to go to different garages for different issues, they wouldn't fix it there! Pointless. I won't go back.

   DO NOT GO TO THIS GARAGE. the staff are so unserious. I booked in my MOT and they refused to do it ‘because it would fail’. They didn’t want to do any work to fix it even though the other garage I went to said it takes two seconds to fix the issue. When I went to pick up my car they lost the accessories to my key chain and all shrugged and didn’t even know where they went - kept blaming it on each other. Awful, mindless, slow and unhelpful service

   Overall service was acceptable but they should work more carefully. They’ve broken my car’s tyre’s sensor. They’ve replaced it with third party sensor not original one. I had to go to another branch for reprogramming.

   Seriously impressed by the team here. Stopped by today as the Filton branch were unable to assist today. The guys checked our car and identified where the blowing was coming from on the exhaust system. They got the new Flexi section from their supplier within the hour and proceeded to get it fitted. Kept me informed throughout and could not have been a nice team. Highly recommended, Thanks Cameron

   Booked the MOT for my Vauxhall Vivaro a couple of weeks in advance. I got a call from Kwik Fit Patchway on the MOT day telling me that my booking had been cancelled because my van was too heavy for the MOT test to be carried out at their centre. Now I have to rebook on a different place and won't be able to use my van for work for the next 10 days as MOT is now expired. I had to put all the van details through to make the booking so they knew the make and model.. if they can't do it in there, why did they let me make an appointment in a first place? And also, why did they wait till the last day to cancel it? Extremely disappointed, won't come back.

   Excellent customer service and very quick repair to my tyre valve. Recommend booking an appointment here rather than just turning up as it means you get seen at your appointment time rather than having to wait.

   Top service. Went in for a brake inspection after my brake limit indicator displayed on the dash. They said from the start it was probably a loose connector at the limit sensor. Had it a couple of hours and resolved free of charge. Would without a doubt recommend. Thanks guys.
