   Booked to go in after being hit by a bus, excellent service from first contact. Nothing was too much trouble for matt and his team he handled all contact with the bus companies insurer for the repair. The repair itself was perfect, and was even valeted which was a lovely surprise. Matt was really knowledgeable and helpful, and the lady on reception was also really friendly. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.

   Brilliant customer service and support. Matt provided excellent advice in resolving a minor collision which damaged the bonnet, front lights, and front panel. This was all done before the MOT was due within a very tight timescale. The professionalism in fitting the bonnet and panels, and aligning the lights, was better than the original. If I could provide 6 stars I would have.

   After an accident my car was recovered here by Mercedes. The only part of the following weeks which was positive was my interactions with Brin Jones. They were always helpful, informative and went above and beyond when returning my car to me. Their bodywork was exemplary and the car was returned looking brand new. Thank you so much!    I wanted to share my incredible experience with the outstanding service I received at Brin Jones! A heartfelt thank you to Matt, who handled my claim with such professionalism and made the entire process completely stress-free. After a minor accident, I reported the claim to my insurance, who referred me to their chosen body shop for an assessment. Unfortunately, they tried to take advantage of the situation by recommending unnecessary part replacements. As a result, my insurance decided to write off the car—a decision I simply couldn’t accept. That’s when I turned to Brin Jones, and I’m so glad I did. Matt and his amazing team reassessed the damage and quickly proved that the original estimate was grossly exaggerated. They provided a fair and accurate quote, which led my insurance to reverse their decision and approve the repair instead of writing the car off.    Good businesses do still exist! Called Brin Jones looking for emergency help as my passenger door was very loose on the hinge. Bought it in and had Matt take a quick look and he bought out the correct tool to repair within minutes. When asking him how much to pay he said no charge and just to enjoy my holiday.    My Mercedes AMG E53 has just been repaired by Brin Jones Car Body Repairs. The insurance claim process was a bureaucratic nightmare, but the service from Matt and the team at Brin Jones kept me sane, it was a real pleasure dealing with them. Despite being a large car body repair specialist, every person I spoke with knew about my car, what was involved and the status of the repair work. It was as though my vehicle was the only car being repaired that week! Throughout the whole process I received regular and honest status reports. When I collected my car it was as good as new.    Amazing team. Had my car returned to me, but later in the evening I realised I had a (completely unrelated) fault with the heater. Coldest weekend of the year and I was driving to Devon in the morning so naturally I panicked. I made an impromptu stop at Brin Jones, in the hope they could help. I honestly thought they would (quite rightly) say it was too late (very near closing time) and come back tomorrow. Quite the opposite! They could not have been more understanding and spent their last half hour (and more) of the working day fixing it, going beyond what they needed to do to rectify. So very grateful for the kindness, respect and understanding they showed me and definitely the best service ever received.

   A great disappointment. After reading the reviews went along to get to get a price for replacement of mirror glass and mirror cover for Jaguar XF. I was told that Jaquar.spares were horrendously expensive and I could be looking at a £1,000 or two for the parts, subsequently I found that the actual cost for Jaguar parts to be £66 for mirror glass and £98 for the cover, so obviously I didn't pursue it further with them. I cannot recommend this place for private work.

   These guys did a great job on the body repair to my car, kept me updated along the way, amazing customer service, you can really tell that they take pride in what they do and customer satisfaction is a huge priority for them. Very thankful to them and will be recommending to anyone I come across who is in need of a body shop. Not a bad word to say about them!
