   Had my Hyundai repaired by Shorade under the insurance. The service was fantastic, collected and dropped off my car in places that suited me and at the time they said. Jenni was particularly lovely, keeping me informed the whole way through the process and always so cheerful on the phone. Hoping I don't have to use them again, but if needed, I definitely would.

The repair work was excellent and it’s very clear why they are recommended by Porsche. I would like to commend Jenni particularly for her overt communication and assistance and final handover and especially the back room boys for the thoroughly professional work.

   Had my Polestar 2 repaired last week and couldn't be more happier with the result. Two new doors and fantastic repair of the damage on the passenger side. Picked the car up and felt like i was getting a new vehicle again. Cleaned and polished to a great high standard. They dropped off my courtesy car and picked up mine form my residence and the process was very smooth. The communication throughout the process was brilliant and special note to Jenni Allen, who was fantastic with the updates and provided a great customer service. Hopefully I don't need to use them again, but if need body work i would 100% recommend.

   Went with Shorade as they are a Porsche approved bodyshop, so I thought if they're good enough for Porsche, they're good enough for my Mini. The job was to repair the passenger side door which had been keyed. Excellent experience from start to finish and the repair work is flawless. Would highly recommend. Thank you very much! They also cleaned my car inside and out, and topped up my washer fluid which was low when I took it in. Unexpected but a great touch of extra service.

   This “Tesla Approved Bodyshop” is an absolute NIGHTMARE—avoid it like the plague unless you enjoy shoddy work and endless frustration! The quality control is a complete joke; my car came back a mess, and after dragging it back for the THIRD time to have paintwork issues corrected, they had the audacity to blame ME for the damage! The bodyshop manager is a know-it-all, spewing out nonsense like “you could jump up and down on a plastic bumper sir and it’ll pop right back into shape”. He didn't want to demonstrate that though! As you like to 3D print tools for business use, at least check the dimensions are correct, only after I mentioned I had checked the correct position with Tesla for their badging did Shorade then correct my vehicle, a minor issue but demonstrates to me there is no care or attention to detail. I'd probably stick to 3D printing your personal projects only! Maybe his time could be better spent improving quality control, training his team and customer service. Shorade didn’t bother to carry out the proper vehicle shutdown procedure when repairing my vehicle, the service menu was full of errors afterwards, still charged the insurance company to carry it out though! This shows they like to cut corners to save time and money AND ignore Tesla's correct safety procedures for working on vehicles, Shorade didn't even put the car back together properly after the 3rd visit. Check out the pics of the “masterpiece” they left me with. I’ll update this review once an independent inspection has been carried out for the paintwork and bumper issues. Check your car carefully if you’ve had paintwork done by Shorade in Bristol, especially the parts you cannot easily see Or Save yourself the headache and steer clear of this “Tesla Approved” disaster zone!

I was kept up to date during the initial process, with a full explanation of what to expect, and given regular updates during the repairs. The car came back looking better than new and very clean!    I was rear ended and was recommended Shorade by my insurance and they were brilliant. Submitted a request at 9pm at night and by 8:30 the next morning they had called to arrange collection. They were excellent communicators and kept me up to date throughout the repair process and dealt with my regular phone calls with professionalism and patience! Thank you so much guys the repairs to the car look ace better than new and the interior clean too was exceptional!

   Shorade is the best motor repairer I have ever used. They were professional in quoting and booking my car in for repair but they were awesome in their customer service. A part had not arrived and my care was not going to be ready on the Friday and I desperately needed it. They arranged for me to use it and return it and also delivered the car to me. I had to do 2 school pickups and they were a lifesaver. I was then able to use the car on the weekend for an important trip to London. Thanks to everyone at Shorade. You are the best!!!
