I received an excellent service that saved my holiday. We visited family in Bristol when the car developed an electric fault. Carma were able to attend within an hour of me contacting them at 8 am on Monday morning. The fault was fixed within 2 hours, meaning we could continue our onward journey to Dorset without issue. The car has run like a dream since. I highly recommend this company and will use them again should the need arise as they also have a presence in the North West where we live.

We had a rear light issue not a big job so we phoned the Bristol branch, the job was done quickly and professionally by Ross, he was straight out of the van & set to work, we had the part that was needed and now all is working as it should. Ross was polite and tidy throughout he also did another small extra job for us. We will use this firm again. Thank you , wills vw.
Excellent service from Ryan at Carma Automotive. Quick response to enquiry, quickly sorted issue with alarm/immobiliser and central locking and very good value for service provided. Can't recommend highly enough and will definitely use again!
