I called Masters Garage due to an emergency with my car and they were able to see me and help. They were incredibly helpful and helped to make the car safe to drive. I will definitely be looking to return in the future due to the care and respect shown.

Such incredible kindness in helping us when we had a potential disaster travelling to an appointment we couldn’t miss. Despite being short staffed and busy, they found us a replacement part and fitted it for next to nothing! We got back on the road and made our appointment. Lorraine even posted on the glasses my wife left in the waiting room. Thank you so much to everyone at Masters for your help and understanding - can’t express our gratitude enough. They really helped in our hour of need and did a full safety check which made me feel very reassured and able to continue the journey with my young child. We were heading to the airport to fly off for my husbands birthday, when our car decided to give up on the motorway. We rang RAC and luckily Mike came out within 25 minutes. He was unable to fix and wanted to help us sort transport asap so took us to masters garage to sort a hire van. Once there the van hadn’t yet arrived, but John and Lorraine went above and beyond offering help! They managed to get the car in for a quick turnaround, with the mechanic working through his lunch. They provided us coffee while we waited, and even sang my husband happy birthday along with cake! The car was sorted so quickly, and we were back on the road happy and relaxed. These people were so kind and the service felt so genuine. Thankyou all!
Brought my car in for a repair and was told that it’s not repairable and needs to be scrapped as it’s an MOT failure. Took it to a different mechanic who fixed it within less than 2 hours. The car passed it’s MOT a few months later, I did almost 10,000 miles since and it’s still driving absolutely fine…
