Like other reviewers, I have used Richard's/The Smart Workshop's services for a decade since buying my first Smart ForTwo. Annual servicing, breakdown repairs, advice and general all-round sound help, fair pricing and expert knowledge on Smart. I wouldn't go anywhere else (and don't know where I'll be if he retires before I do - or at least before I stop driving a Smart!)
Richard is very knowledgeable about Smart cars but also works on most other makes. Smart Workshop is a one person business so occasionally Richard is unable to get to the phone immediately but keep trying.
A real Smart specialist who properly understands these, sometimes, quirky cars. Better and probably cheaper than your local Merc dealer and a good chance that the job will be done right. I'll always be taking my Brabus Roadie here in the future.
