Massive thank you to Weston recovery for getting me back home after my disco died. The response man and the recovery driver were great and did their very best to get me home as quick as possible from being on the side of the road in the dark and cold. Having broken down at the services on the M5 in my motorhome, my breakdown cover organised for Weston Recovery Services to send out a mechanic to try and fix the problem. A lovely chap soon arrived (less than a 30 minutes wait!), quickly diagnosed the problem but alas it wasn’t something that was a quick fix. Being a couple of hundred miles from home, not knowing the area nor where I could get the motorhome fixed, the mechanic made some phone calls and arranged for me and my motorhome to be recovered to their depot and garage and they would fit me in the next day. All this done on a Sunday! Before long a low loader arrived and me, my dog and the motorhome were taken and dropped off at Weston Recovery Services premises in West-Super-Mare, where I spent the night. Next morning the mechanical problem was confirmed and parts ordered. By Tuesday my motorhome was fixed and I was on my way. Superb service all round, particularly from the initial recovery mechanic who I felt went above and beyond in helping me. But also the recovery truck driver, the chap on reception and the mechanics who fitted a new starter motor to get me on the road again. Highly recommended.
The under tray of my car started to drag on the floor whilst travelling to Plymouth on the M5, I was worried it would get ripped off. They came out and collected myself and my car and took us back to base where they fixed the issue. Great service and both gentlemen who help were polite and so helpful. Thank you so much
Highly recommended. Our campervan had a leaking water pump and we pulled up 5 mins from here. They saw us quickly and ordered a replacement part in for the next business day, and fixed it for us! They were super helpful, reasonably priced and really got us out of a tricky situation. They saved our holiday. Thank you.
Brilliant company same day service. Driver that came to pick up my range rover was very helpful in all aspects of the recovery and the drop off to drive vauxhall. Big thank you to all involved on this recovery.

Top work from the lads at weston recovery services for getting me straight in first thing friday morning when core plug went on my truck and to Lee the mechanic for doing the job in the same day enabling me to be able to drive back up North to Bradford. They saved my firm a lot of messing about and very reasonable on price to defo would recommend
