   Sam was brilliant answering all my questions in a professional and timely manner ,I even got the car delivered without seeing it in person as Sam sent me a 5 minute detailed video of the car, I then took advantage of the 150 mile free delivery service I was that confident in Sam and the company. Overall an enjoyable buying experience.

They even delivered it from the other end of the country which was very much appreciated. Really impressed and highly recommend.

   I purchased a BMW 220D XDrive in April, I dealt with Ollie who was very professional and made the whole buying experience one to remember. As I was buying the car from a long distance I asked for videos of the car to ensure I wasn't wasting my time. Ollie quickly sent me over plenty of detailed videos which where a great help. Buying the car was the best car buying experience I've had, the car was very well presented and everyone on site was extremely friendly and welcoming. While buying the car I decided to opt for the extended warranty, as I live around 200 miles away from the showroom we discussed how the warranty would work if anything where to happen and it was agreed that I would be able to send the car to a BMW approved garage around in my area. I encountered a few issues with the car after a few months of owning it, spoke to Ollie who replied straight away and was keen to help me get it sorted, booked the car into a BMW specialist and it was all sorted within the week, no arguments about price or who's liability it is- the car is now bang on. I would recommend this garage to anyone, very good buying experience and very friendly place to buy a car. Thanks again for everything? Joe

   I have very recently purchased what is possibly One of the least mileage Honda S2000's off these guys. I initially spoke with Ollie and hit him like a whirlwind and was that convinced he was truly genuine, I bought the car over the phone there and then, Something I Never do. On collection Day I arrived early as I'd travelled a long way from North Wales to Somerset. Jack had obviously sneaked in when i was getting 40winks. He woke me up and invited me in ( I Was Very Impressed) this place is Special. Jack showed me around the car and then whilst I used the facilities, Jack had lowered the roof got the trade plates on and told me to just go for a drive, for as long as I liked. (Now that has never happened to me before). Back upstairs Josh introduced himself asked what would I like drink (he made the coffee as requested)) whilst Jack and I completed the paperwork. What a place I arrived as a customer and left as a true friend Super people and I'd use them every time if I could. It's an 11/10 from me Par Excellence. Well done guys. Vicki x
