    Motorway driving with my family, we noticed the bonnet wobbling. Tried to remedy this myself but failed and was in desperate need to have a fix in place to finish our holiday journey. We had a quick internet search and found NGM Garage. It was tipping down with rain and James was immediately helpful by taking a look and trying various fixes which also failed to work so he took it inside whilst my family waited with Amelia in the office. A temporary fix was found, they wouldn't take money but suggested a donation to the local charity they are fundraising for. The fix has lasted, we will have the latch replaced but the most important thing was how kind, generous and helpful they were, clearly could see we were in a pickle. Restore ones faith.     Bike needed an MOT and was referred to NGM by REPS. Great little family run outfit. Staff all a pleasure to deal with and a decent waiting area with tea coffee etc whilst you wait. Will use them for the car too.

    As any other Garage it's always nerve racking to drop my car off but James and Amelia made my experience very welcoming and at ease. There is a coffee machine and TV to watch and there is a friendly dog to fuss, whilst the NGM team swiftly carried out my car repairs. Very friendly atmosphere with plenty of knowledge from the team. I can assure you this is one of the most friendliest garage I have attended too. With cost breakdown easy to read and cost effective, you can't go wrong! Thanks NGM team!
