Totally let down by this company been with them for years when it was luire Ross Iam a taxi driver and my taxi was hit by a bus nearly two weeks ago and don't even no where my car is this lot haven't even called me were to call me back on Monday not a call don't no what is happening with my car don't get into the same sanareo as am in honestly go somewhere else I have written a columns in the taxi portals and put up posters in there office still waiting to find out where my car is
Everyone was pleasant and friendly on the initial phone calls . I was assured by Claire in the Paisley office I would get a call with quote by that afternoon. It did not happen. I called the next morning to follow up. Still no return call or quote .Even a courtesy call to update would have been appreciated. Now on day three of no contact and have insured with another broker. Would not recommend.
