I only submit small orders as I am an amateur. Even so, the service is quick and always spot on. I have full confidence in ordering anything from Killer Ink as I know it will be genuine and top quality, which takes the guess work out of getting supplies.
I love how much they offer and at great prizes too. The only thing that I don’t like is that you can’t choose a different delivery service other than UPS. It’s a long and painful process with UPS for overseas delivery. I’d love to be able to chose a different service since I’m paying for the delivery anyways.
Got a machine and power pack that were totally rubbish so returned it and got a refund. Refund was short by £600 the first time and then short by £300 the second time 3 attempts at getting all our money back is quite ridiculous or whoever does the math wants sacking
Customer service was rude and unprofessional, I’ve spent a lot of money with this company over the years and they couldn’t do a simple exchange for me on an unopened item. Unfortunately for killer ink I’ll now be using barber Dts who have always provided a friendly and professional service
Hi, to everyone! I ordered Xion spektra from killerinktattoo.dk And I had the worst customer experience! Packing was opened! And I don’t saw the detail for the stroke change - 3.7. That’s totally unprofesional! Don’t order from danish version at Killer ink! They did not react on my problem as they should!
i tried to order two treatment trolleys but there website payment screen kept freezing. their strange solution was to tell me to bank transfer the money to them so that they could then phone me and have me pay over the phone again. they assured me that a bank transfer does send money which is ridiculous, as soon as you press send on a transfer its gone. very bazaar system of doing things.
