   Customer service 1 star * Tried to ring 3 times as in a sticky bind...so Turn up instead. Had to wait for around 5 minutes for a clearly personal call to end, then was finally met with "that was my sister" - Ok cool? I ask how booked up they are = no reply just "what do you need doing" I explain that my van clutch is currently stuck down and need the... *starts smiling and shaking her head* "no were not going to be able to do a clutch.* me staring blankly "what, at all? No dates?" met with no real answer so I started to walk off, THEN she starts realising her potential terrible customer service and I said "don't worry, you can't do clutches and couldn't even give me a date!" and then I said out loud "terrible customer service" and left. I have come in to pay for a service they offer or find out information whilst in a very sticky situation - the last thing you want is a smirk in your face, a shaking head, then a flat no without any answer as to even a date or time that maybe they could do it.... No wonder the place seemed quiet. Workshop 5 stars * Calm environment, clean workshop, displaying a good work ethic and professional level of working/inspecting Interior 2 stars** Dusty, poorly lit, no signage to help customers understand much about the booking system or what services they offer...just a stark desk with a lady who apparently puts personal calls over customers. Gutted about this.Sure I am more shaken as my van is broken and I really need it this week. But I didn't warrant that customer service.

   Always willing to help. Going the extra mile to ensure my car is safe and roadworthy. I did not feel patronised when I spoke to them about a silly incident with a large puddle... And their flexible service to find a prompt and suitable solution to the issue with my car is very much appreciated. Highly recommended.

   Recently got my car serviced here and could not fault them! Really helpful communication and allowed me to drop off my car early before work and collect at the end of the day. Highlighted some work that needed doing but didn’t proceed without letting me know and leaving me a huge bill (like other places have). Fairly priced and quick turn around times despite their busyness. Will definitely be returning in future!

   Great local garage, fair pricing and top notch work, and as a result they are busy. But they are worth it. The staff are great, accommodating and friendly, they are very knowledgeable and can answer your questions and quote you a price up front. And they give you good follow up advice too, I can't speak highly enough of them. If you have any issue with your car and you live in the area, give them a call first, and let them help you out!
