Over-charged me for a simple fix needed for my MOT. Carried out and charged for additional work that was not agreed/requested and not necessary.
I had a Ford serviced and was quoted £220 the bill was £330 when I asked about the difference was told the filters were expensive and If I wanted the bill to be lower he would take the filters off. The cost of this service was more than what a Ford garage charges. So much for keeping business local. Never again. I reluctantly have given a one star rating as the system will not allow a ZERO star rating to be posted
Can not recommend enough! after reading a few reviews on the garage I was a little wary but there was a quick turn around along with excellent service and price.
