We had a great experience with Ross and his team. Professional, hard working, did a great job and a price we were happy with. Good banter and very helpful with advice for a new office space and window. A great job of tidying up at the end and would be more than happy to recommend Ross and no hesitations in getting him back for future jobs.
Showed up within 20 mins for an emergency call out, would definitely recommend, and shall be using them again.
Cancelled twice just few hours before the original appointment and the rescheduled one. I had to wait at home for two whole days and couldn't go into the office, but no one showed up in the end. Nor did my issue get sorted. If you don't think it's worth your time or you feel that you can't make much money from it, you could have just been honest with me and shouldn't have confirmed the appointment in the first place. It's very unprofessional and frustrating.
Ross and his team worked incrediblly hard to install a new bathroom. Very honest and trustworthy. Ross and natalie were excellent at communicating with us and keeping us up to date. Everyone involved were really friendly and helpful and it was a pleasure having them do this work for us. Great attention to detail and even cleaned up the dust during and after the job. Will definitely use again.
