    Absolutely appalling. Quoted me £70 in total to replace a plastic windowsill, came and took measurements and waited a week for the appointment for them to come back and fit the new sill, but the night before they called me to confirm I still wanted the windowsill as the man sent out was at the shop to buy it, but told me it was now £120 not including VAT! I was in a jam and needed it fixed, so after being told my agreed 70 was just for the labor I agreed to go foreword with it. Got a text a few minutes later saying it's now been cancelled, when I phoned to enquirer the woman couldn't give me an explanation, refused to send someone else out saying they were all too busy and when I pressed further made up a fib that the guy sent out had been in a car accident within the five minutes between calling me to say he was at the shop and me calling back. Very unprofessional, if you thought I was going to turn around and refuse to pay the new quote you were wrong, money isn't an issue for me but being played for a fool is! Plus making up fibs and talking to me like I'm an idiot, just awful. I got another place to fix it the next morning anyway and they did a cracking job!
