   Excellent service from Ashley and Ross today. They have both been extremely patient and understanding with my Mum over the last few years, she is an elderly woman having lots of issues with her boiler and not wanting to have to replace the whole GCH. Ross has made sure to solve the problems efficiently ensuring my mum has always had heating. Ashley always communicates well with my mum and is extremely patient. They go above and beyond to help her. This company is very reliable and I would highly recommend them.

   Can't say enough good things about Ross and his team who completed a boiler replacement for us this week. They initially came out a few weeks ago to do the replacement, but saw that some fittings were initially installed in an unsafe way. Ross mentioned he could install the boiler, but wouldn't feel comfortable knowing there was something unsafe in the system, so said he would source the additional parts and book in the refit for around a week and a half later. When they returned, they professionally completed the job and left us fully confident the system was 100% safe. He talked us through all of the relevant steps, and even helped install a thermostat and a few small plumbing jobs for free. I would ignore any of the (very small number of) negative reviews, Ross and his team are completely trustworthy, professional and safety conscious. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others and won't use anyone else for any future jobs.

   Engineer came out to do a thermostat fitting job. Said needed part, and would be in contact today. No response for a few hours. Texted him on whatsapp - no response. Telephoned main office, who said would find out latest and call me back. Again no response. Really need to learn the art of communication. Its simple really. After seeing the review I was called back and told engineer would not be re attending and threatened on the phone. Excellent. Thanks

   Excellent service from start to finish. Completed central heating repipe and installation of new radiator with minimum disruption and fuss. Job made trickier due to previous installation of one pipe system, however the guys worked out a plan and completed the job in one day. Would definitely recommend and use in the future.

   Ross kept our old boiler ticking along for 2 winters (He came out at 7pm on one occasion to breathe life into our old boiler) before it finally packed in last winter. We phoned him and he came out the next day as an emergency as we had a new born & installed an amazing new Baxi boiler that also has the nest function that we can control via an app on our phone. We are looking to move in the near future and will be asking Ross to inspect and if necessary Service/repair/replace the boiler in our new home. Trustworthy, honest, professional and always on time.

   Ashley and Ross: Thank-you very much for servicing the boiler in my new flat. You did the job when you said you would and even dropped my keys off afterwards. You were honest with me in that I need a new part, however, the current part will last a few months longer as long as I don’t ‘bump’ the boiler. This gives me time to buy other essential items for the property and will get the part changed in the summer with yourselves. Happy to recommend!!

   Ross did an amazing job, installing a new combi boiler for my family. He replaced a gravity fed system and replaced alot of the pipework to make the system alot more efficient. His attention to detail is amazing, and we where provided excellent advice about which boiler type to go with. Very impressed
