We can’t thank Greg enough. Our boiler stopped working and we had no heating or hot water all day. I phoned him, and as soon as he finished his job, he came straight over to our house and fixed it. He’s such a lovely guy with great chat too! We’ll definitely be using him again in the future if we ever need to. Thanks again, Greg!

Couldn’t recommend Greg enough, he completely transformed my bathroom, was competitive with pricing but more importantly he was available as and when for any questions, recommendations or changes I wanted to make to my bathroom. Nothing to too much, his attention to detail is impeccable, all completed on time with the highest standards. I couldn’t be happier with my bathroom, it’s everything I wanted and more. A fantastic and very professional job done by Greig and Reece in our bathroom . Work was all completed by the time given and you couldn’t get two nicer lads. Greig Explained everything they were doing in stages and Kept everything so tidy and cleaned up after. Highly recommend.
Very very disappointed. From Greg coming out at the end of September to look at the job, we had to wait 3 weeks for a price and a date after numerous phone calls. At the time I did ask him whether he still wanted the job and he said yes. We agreed that the job would be done today 30 November and he said it was in the diary. The job was to fit 2 shower panels,and ceiling panels with down lighters. On the basis he was going to turn up today we removed all the stuff from the bathroom and removed loft flooring panels for the electrician. Complete waste of time. No texts or phone calls. Greg is a nice guy but is very unreliable and I would definitely not recommend. To treat customers like this is totally unacceptable. We have wasted 2 months when we could went with another plumber. We were hoping to get this work done before Xmas but that won't happen now.
Such a great experience - quick, professional, friendly and well priced. Passed details onto friend and family who have also had a brilliant experience with Greig. I have now brought him in to do a couple of jobs in my workplace and he has quickly rectified an issue that another company didn’t/couldn’t. We are so pleased to finally find a reliable plumber, would recommend to anyone!
Greig originally came to do one shower instalment but ended up doing a re valve on a bathroom toilet, a re plumb on another bathroom toilet and a further bathroom en-suite to boot. (That’s two showers and two toilets when originally just required to do one shower btw). Any time he could not make it he was in contact with myself or my brother. Very professional upon arrival and throughout the duration of the work commenced. Explained what he was about to do and the reason why he was going to do what he was about to undertake which made myself and my brother very much at ease to the capabilities of his work. He even arrived on a Sunday when many other tradesmen don’t. Work superior and a great guy to match. Would highly recommend to anyone I come into contact with. Cheers once again Greig, very happy with the job you’ve done.
