Absolutely horrendous customer service and business in general - rude little mechanic, who gave no proper run down of faults to car, nor advice on how they could be fixed/remedied. The best part is they attempted to convince me to drive a "Dangerous, do not drive" car away from their garage after an MOT failure, and seemed annoyed that I'd (thankfully) already checked it's status online, and informed them I couldn't drive the car away. This conduct has been reported to the DVLA. A dangerously outdated garage, clinging onto times where they could dictate what customers should and shouldn't do, whilst now only wanting to work on easy jobs(unclick plastic part, re attach new plastic part), overcharged and with potentially illegal advice given on top. Avoid this place if you value your vehicle and your safety and don't want to risk potentially breaking the law based on advice they give you - I doubt they'll be in business much longer with the ethics and approach they've displayed as of late. Shockingly bad.
Just had my new alloys wheels and tyres fitted. Excellent service throughout this process, always informed of timeslot and requirements to balance wheels and calibrate valves. David and his team always puts the customer first. I would highly recommend this garage to a potential customer. Mark

Top notch garage with mechanics who'll go the extra mile to sort your car out. If extra work needs doing that might not have been noticed before, they'll not overcharge too much. Definitely recommend.
My experience with this garage was most disappointing, I will not return. A week ago, I left my car for MOT at 8am, I was informed I would receive a phone call when MOT had been carried out. I didn’t however, I actually called them later in the afternoon and was advised car passed and must be removed from garage by 5pm. Upon leaving the garage, I noticed that my mileage indicator was constantly flashing. I actually googled the fault to try find out the problem. I was unsure how to rectify this problem which continues to annoy and distract me while driving. I called the garage to query this, kindly explaining that the fault was not present before the MOT and began only after I left the garage. I had expected some helpful advice, perhaps them offering to have a look at the fault, however I was advised by both the receptionist and owner that it was nothing to do with them. I found their abrupt, unhelpful and unkind manner to be most unpleasant. I will most definitely not return nor would I recommend it. Most disappointing indeed.
