   John got back to me very quickly and was so helpful asking to see pictures of the repair work needed. He then immediately came back to me with his quote for the work and with a work slot that was less than 48 hours. John’s quality of work, price competitiveness and reliability is second to none.    Quick in Response and Fixing plumbing issues. We were having PTSD issues with plumbers after a very bad experience with fitting a new bathroom. To add to our stress, the water pressure in the shower slowed down within 6 months of fitting the new bathroom. This was followed by reduced pressure in the wash basin , then the sink and eventually it came to a point there was hardly any water at all, and we were very nervous about calling any plumber. But, we had no choice and hence looked up Plumbers with good google reviews( rather than sites like check a trade etc,.) and found Plumbfix services. We got in touch with Paul one evening who immediately responded, and offered to drop in next morning. He came on time, looked at the issue and said its bad quality taps and mixers. He bought a new tap for the wash basin. However, he said he could just clean the shower mixer( instead of buying a new one). And, all most all our plumbing issues were sorted on the same day. Thanks to Paul, we have had the best shower in ages. We would definitely call him again, if any need arises, and have already recommended him to friends and family in the area.

   Paul did an excellent job of restoring my ensuite and kitchen following a major leak which was claimed on my insurance. He was really helpful in advising what needed to be done, giving a fair quote for all of the work involved and acting as a main contractor bringing in other trades who all carried out the work quickly and to an exceptionally high standard. He was great to deal with and went above and beyond to ensure everything went to plan. I would recommend him in a heartbeat.

   Plumbfix helped respond to an emergency leak within the property after being randomly found on Google. They promptly investigated and resolved the immediate issue while being very supportive with the insurance process. They then supported two full bathroom refits including complex pipe work to an incredibly high standard, acting reliably and professionally throughout the experience while managing the end to end project. I would recommend Plumbfix to anyone requiring plumbing related services and will be using them again for my domestic property.

   I found PlumbFix through Google. Having just bought our first home with a newborn baby and now a big leak, my wife and I needed someone out as soon as possible. I called them and texted them our address at 5:58pm and at 6:35pm I got a call from Paul to say he was at our property! Paul was really great! He was very professional, friendly and really helpful. He was not long at the property before working out what needed to be done and he was so quick in sorting it out. Cannot recommend Paul and his company enough and I will certainly continue to use his services. Highly recommend!

   Superb experience all round, and everything resolved well within 24 hours from scratch - over a weekend too! Paul was delightful to deal with: responsive, reliable and very personable, and removed all the drama from a potentially stressful situation. Would work with Paul again in a heartbeat, in sharp contrast to several other self-styled ‘emergency plumbers’ who at the time of writing haven’t even returned calls or responded to messages left a day-and-a-half ago. Everything was done with consideration and detailed explanations of what the issue was and what he needed to do to fix it. He’s polite and with 35 years experience knows what he’s doing. Pricing is very fair for the work required.

   Paul responded to my request for a plumber within 20 mins of request, he arrived within 1hr of speaking which was fantastic. He quickly sourced the issue, made a recommendation and then went got the parts and repaired my leak. It’s a struggle to get good tradesmen but I will be keeping Paul’s number for any work in the future. Well mannered man and reasonable rates. It’s always a worry when your in desperate need people couch charge whatever but not Paul. He broke down the price for parts and labour and provided receipt. Exceptional and hassle free. Thank you !!!

   Paul did a great job, after removing the old toilet. There was a big hole remaining, he was careful to make sure the new toilet fixed perfectly. He is patient and very tidy with his work. When he was finished my bathroom was left in an immaculate condition. I was very happy with the job. I would use PlumbFix Plumbing Services again.
