Contacted West Lothian Drainage Services when we started getting some intermittent 'strange smells' outside the house. It wasn't much to go on but David came round, asked questions, assessed the situation and pinpointed the problem. I discovered a worrying problem with a hole in waste pipe leaking into ground under decking. Several businesses were not interested. David arrived as promised next day. He was calm and professional from the outset providing a reassuring presence. He carried out repair without fuss and gave measured advice on other aspects of situation.
