   I could not be more impressed or grateful to this company and the experience they gave me as a customer. Jordan is an absolute hero! Returned home today to find a burst pipe and horrible flooding in my downstairs bathroom! Absolutely panicked, I called my mum and she managed to turn off the water but we desperately needed a plumber ASAP! My mum suffers from severe respiratory issues and lack of heating could be deadly to her, in tears she called and Jordan (Being a real life superhero) was at our door within minutes!!! Problem solved nice and quick, for a reasonable price (I’d expected to pay way more!) and Jordan was a lovely gentleman while he was in our home. 10/10 can’t recommend them highly enough. Definitely going to be the place to call in future!

   Had Jordan out for an emergency repair. ( no heating or hot water ) in this weather it’s a must to have. Excellent response, very professional and fixed within the hour. Great value for money and can happily say one of the best I’ve had out. Highly recommend.

   We recently used Jordan to fix a leak at the back of toilet.He arrived on the same day to investigate the problem and found the root cause quickly.He gave a day and time when he came back to do the work.Actual work was done with great professionalism on the day and leak was totally fixed.I would highly recommend Jordan for any plumbing and heating work.Excellent customer service.

   Courteous/responsive/good communication/pleasure to work with We used Jordan for a problem with our boiler. We appreciated Jordan's fast response (especially given the market was very busy immediately following the Edinburgh trade break). Further, Jordan was able to provide a fast temporary solution to the problem and detail the options we had for a permanent solution. Jordan helped us understand the implications of each permanent solution and the cost associated. We appreciated the fact that Jordan's priority was helping us understand the options we had rather than force us into the solution he thought was best/preferred (what you get with many tradesmen).    After my old Glowworm boiler finally failed I got three quotes for a replacement. Murrayfield Plumbing and Heating Ltd provided the cheapest but also most detailed and patient quote. Whereas British Gas and The Edinburgh Boiler Company were obviously operating on a 'quote as quickly as possible basis' Jordan spent time to fully explain the situation, the boilers available and the specific boiler that would suit my small flat. In his manner and his quote he was professional throughout and his friendly and knowledgeable approach was exactly what I (as someone with no confidence with plumbing or boilers) needed. On the day of the installation Jordan continued to deliver high quality customer service, explaining every little detail that I enquired about and others besides. Being in my flat for the entire day he was also able to chat about different things with little effort and this is exceedingly unusual with tradespeople. On the second day with the flushing of the system and final checks Jordan detected a gas leak where the pipe entered the building. He took ownership of the situation arranging SGN and again explaining fully what was occurring. Even after SGN arrived Jordan was attentive despite the problem being located in the building's pre-existing piping. On the third day when the problem had been identified and was being worked on Jordan called to ask for updates and was very concerned about the set-back and the well-being of the residents. Every SGN operative who set foot in the kitchen commented on the excellent work that Jordan had already completed (in particular the high quality pipes -see image 2). The true test of a tradesperson is their performance under pressure or usual circumstances. In my experience, someone without Jordan's patience and personality could have made the process even more confusing and difficult. Due to his positivity, professionalism, knowledgeability and friendliness it was a fairly painless albeit major disruption to my life. I cannot recommend Murrayfield Plumbing and Heating Ltd enough and wouldn't hesitate to call on them for any plumbing problem.
