Really impressed with every aspect of my care with Muse Dental. The ladies on reception are lovely and always helpful. Felicity my Dentist is working her magic each appointment I have with her, removing any fear I carry with me from historical dental treatment as a youngster and elsewhere. Absolutely fantastic experience with Muse dental today. I am a very nervous patient & I do not visit the dentist unless I absolutely need to. I had an emergency same day evening dentist appointment due to ongoing toothache. Both Dave and Holly were very friendly, knowledgeable, highly recommended and efficient. Whilst being told I needed work done, they were informative and made me feel at ease. Needing to book an appointment was speedy and friendly. I do not have to wait long to get the issue resolved which I am very grateful for!
I always feel I'm in good hands - a feeling which is justified bearing in mind the expertise and attention to detail. Its an expensive business especially for pensioners like us but all considered it is money well spent.
On arrival I was seen immediately with no wait. My tooth extraction was very smooth despite my previous anxiety and advice for future treatment options very clear and concise.
Excellent as usual! I seem to be living there lately, but they couldn't take more care of me. Highly recommend!
Not being a favourite friend of the dentist I must admit the dentist was very caring to my teeth. The hygienist equally was very good although I did get a polite telling off for not attending more frequently. But there again I am a big wimp where the dentist is concerned.
First time at the dental surgery since before lockdown in 2020. Same great service and friendly staff as always. Was able to book appointments for days and times that suited me and was seen promptly.
