Every visit have always given great advice and treatment to me. Exceptional service at reception from Kate, im quite anxious but she always makes me feel welcome and at ease before going in. Highly recommend!
Mmm well the reception staff are great , we all get tired sometimes. They help me sort things out with my many visits. I had to go Private with them after they struggled to find more NHS dentists. A problem everywhere. I didn’t really like my new dentists but I guess she is growing on me . I think we understand each other now. My hygienist is the best and see them 4 times a year now. Hygienist is my fun bit of going to the dentist. They still look after my family on NHS at the moment, so presently lucky on that score.
Great experience having a dental procedure done. Sam is a brilliant dentist, very warm and friendly and professional. He makes you feel relaxed especially since I don’t really like dental procedures. All the staff at Bupa Dental care in Keynsham are really nice especially Katie.
Absolutely amazing. Every appointment i have had, they have made me feel comfortable and understood. They explain every step they are doing so I know what's going to happen. Both dentists and reception staff are lovely. I always feel welcome
Unprofessional and money grabbing. Was registered with them but haven’t been for 3 years due to Covid. They’ve taken the opportunity to de register me (I was a NHS patient) without the courtesy of a letter informing me of this. They are, of course, not now accepting new NHS patients.

Really put off going here from the receptionist's behaviour towards me.
Reception staff are nice, dentist is rough, felt I was being waterboarded in my own blood & spit, never have I had such a painful cleaning experience, absolutely awful I couldn't eat until the next day my teeth & gums were so tender. Dreading going back. He also has an terrible condescending attitude.
