   I went for emergency treatment for an abscess. Claire, the receptionist kindly listened to my needs, took note and welcomed me. As it was Christmas time they were fully booked and had only one dentist on duty. However, that did not stop Claire from phoning the second dentist and arranging for her to come in to treat me. Whilst waiting Claire explained how the practice worked as it was my first time there. Ash, the dentist, arrived and told me what treatment was needed and proceeded to do it. Very professional indeed. Having taken an X-ray she drained the abscess and then put medication in the place. Leaving me with a prescription and a date to return for further treatment. Elsie, the dental nurse, was extremely proficient and so the whole process was carried out without hitch. I would be pleased to recommend this practice. P. York.

   I have been a patient at Charlton Dental for over two years and can unequivocally state that my experience has been exceptional. Ash consistently demonstrates a high level of professionalism and expertise in her dental practice, in addition to being very friendly. Furthermore, Claire, the receptionist, is remarkably efficient and accommodating, particularly with appointment scheduling and adjustments. I highly recommend this practice.

   I've had a number of appointments with Ash and her team, for extensive dental treatments. I am a nervous patient but the team has always been very patient and understanding. The quality of the treatments are outstanding and the practitioners take a great deal of pride and satisfaction in the care they give and the results they produce. All treatment choices are discussed fully, together with costs. The costs are a bit above average, but given the exception care I have received, I'm happy to pay.. you only get what you pay for, after all, and I am very pleased the results.

   This dental practice deserves more than five stars. Let me start with the service, we rang out of the blue with a dental emergency. We found the practice through Google. We were seen straight away, we didn't have to wait. The dental practitioner worked 2 hours over her finishing time just to squeeze us in. We waited no more than 5 minutes for our appointment and the receptionist remembered us from our phone call even though she was really busy, she welcomed us and was ever so friendly. My partner was in extreme pain and fearful of dental procedures. The practitioner was calming, friendly and did everything to help ease his pain. She was so comforting and nurturing that he felt like he had known her for years. After his procedure they hugged and he said that was the best practitioner and experience he had ever had. I couldn't believe the kindness the practitioner showed and it even blew me away too. We have been back twice since then and both times they have remembered us and accommodated our needs. We have seen the same practitioner each time and each time we have walked away with a smile on our face. I cannot thank all the staff enough as you will never know how much it meant for us. My partner is registering to be a patient here this week and I think I will join him. This place is fabulous even for a dental practice.

   To say I am terrified of the dentist would be an under statement.. I was recommend to Charlton Dental by a family member and well they were AMAZING from start to finish, when booking the appointment, the first consultation and then Ash who treated me with compassion and understanding and made me feel comfortable. I have my smile back thanks to a FANTASTIC skilled dentist who really cares about her patients. HUGE THANk YOU for everything.

   Fantastic practice. Ash is amazing and always does high quality work for a fair price. They have been able to slot me in quickly. The receptionist is lovely and always responds quickly to phone calls and queries. I had a wisdom tooth out with a male dentist over the summer and it was done quickly, and I’ve had a full recovery. Highly recommend.
