Chris is amazing! I must’ve called up about 5 different jewellers who told me resizing my ring would take a week, I called up Chris he said “come on over” and did it in about 20 minutes while I watched. Incredible craftsmanship, no chance you would ever be able to tell it was altered. The added bonus of getting to watch him work was so cool as well. Couldn’t recommend enough!
my ring is a bit old and not made of super durable material, however it holds a lot of sentimental value to me. it ended up splitting on the band a few weeks ago and i was mentally prepared for it to not be fixable. christopher however was able to fix it and in under 20 minutes! now you can't even tell it split. i am so thankful and would definitely recommend him. i also got to see some of the other designs he is working on and they are genuinely gorgeous, i am sure if you need something custom crafted he is a great person to go to as well!
Christopher provided the most wonderful service I could've possibly asked for. I spent the morning calling different ring shops asking for my ring to be resized ,and all of them had a processing time of 3-6 weeks. Christopher was able to see me the same day and resized the ring beautifully in less than half an hour. Wonderful craftsmanship and super speedy service. He also showed me some of his other work as he creates jewellery as well as leather pieces - all very impressive. I am overall extremely pleased ,and will surely be visiting Christopher again in the future.

Chris made 2 beautiful pendants for me and my daughter. Mine was reformed from my mothers engagement and wedding rings. He designed a beautiful pendant for my daughter to showcase a diamond she had got from her Gran. Very reasonable price too!
My ring took a real battering when I fell hill walking and I was worried it wouldn't be salvageable. Chris transformed it in about 20 mins all while I stood and had a chat. My ring is as good as new. It's got sentimental value and I was so grateful for the quick, efficient and professional repair.
Chris Ness did a great job a few years ago making up our engagement and wedding bands to our own specification. The price and service were excellent ! I would ignore the one negative rating looking at the rating history of the poster. Overall highly recommended
