   I would have gave zero stars if possible. I gave them some gold bits of mine for repair and 1 being a bracelet I got for my 18th birthday 20 years ago and it was to have a link repaired. Well i recieved it back with my Name on the nameplate buffed off! They told me I was lying and that they did not buff it off. The bracelet link they repaired has already broken again. I would genuinely avoid this shop. Poor service and the repairs are not done in house which leaves cause for concern who is responsible. The fact they were arguing about it and basically called me a liar I think is shocking when dealing people's precious belongings. After a lengthy arguement they offered to have my name reinstated but I did not return as I don't trust them. Good luck if you put anything in for repair .

   I went in today to get new batteries for two watches. The gentleman who served me was very friendly and we had pleasant small talk while he dealt with my watches. Very competitive pricing (I was pleasantly surprised at the total) and great customer service. They also have a nice selection of watches present for purchase in the shop. I’ll definitely be using Jeneil again in the future.
