   I was looking for an engagement ring and had a few mixed ideas as to what to get and the meaning I wanted in the design. Jane put her expertise and experience to work and helped guide me through the process from concept to final design. Then when it came to collecting the finished ring, i was stunned at its beauty. Jane's craftsmanship and eye for design is outstanding! I couldn't be more grateful for the experience and the ring received. I would recommend the Tappit Hen to all.

   I found The Tappit Hen when I was searching for a Celtic style wedding ring and immediately fell in love with a Celtic knot design. It was just beautiful, and exactly what I wanted. When visiting the gallery for the fitting, I saw so many handsome items and ended up buying a pair of earrings that I found irresistible. Jane is a wonderful jewellery designer, and I highly recommend this business. I live in London but will visit The Tappit Hen again next time I'm in Edinburgh!

   My husband and I decided to get new wedding rings for our 25th wedding anniversary. After many hours of internet trawling we kept coming back to The Tappit Hen. As I am Scottish and having met when we both lived in Scotland we wanted rings very much with a Scottish theme and design. From the minute I called Jane until receiving our rings it has been an absolute pleasure dealing with The Tappit Hen. We are absolutely thrilled with our rings, they are utterly stunning, very unique and high quality pieces of art.    Planning an anniversary trip to Scotland from Canada, I was looking for a genuinely ‘made in Scotland’ ring to bring home with us, and I found The Tappit Hen online. It was difficult to choose one, but after contacting Jane to place an order, she offered to do a sizing consultation by video call with my wife. Communication with Jane was excellent, and while this wasn’t a big splurge, she was attentive and accommodating at every step. Got to meet her when picking up the ring during our visit, and it’s beautiful - a perfect keepsake with a Celtic thistle theme that will always remind us of Scotland and our visit here.    Fantastic experience, having our 10 Year Anniversary bands made by Jane at The Tappit Hen! We connected with Jane via email and phone several times to discuss the different options and placed our order for two of the Edinburgh Waves wedding bands in white gold several weeks prior to travelling to Scotland (from Canada) so that the rings would be ready for pick up when we arrived. Jane was so patient and accommodating throughout the process. Honestly, can't say enough about the superior level of customer service Jane provided and the absolutely stunning rings she created!!    I bought my engagement ring for my partner from The Tappit Hen. Jane was very helpful through the whole process and was very helpful in all areas of the purchase. I had already proposed with a placeholder ring so my fiance knew about the actual ring purchase, although she didn't want to choose the ring herself and wanted to be surprised. Jane had us in the shop to size the ring and was definitely taking notes for me of where my fiance's eyes were going to help narrow down the choice of ring. I ended up choosing a Celtic design and was offered many different options and prices for stones to accompany the design. Everything was very clear from start to finish and the ring was ready on schedule and my fiance loved it. We would both definitely highly recommend The Tappit Hen and will no doubt be back for additional items when the wedding comes around.

   We wanted to surprise our daughter who was scheduled to be in Edinburgh with a piece of jewelry which not only needed to be custom made but also needed to be dropped off at her nearby hotel. Jane not only accommodated this purchase by getting the piece done in a short period of time, but also hand delivered it for us. Our daughter was ecstatic. Her first question was how did we pull this off? Simply put, we didn't. Jane at the Tappit Hen did! By the way, I failed to mention that this was all done on the day of the Queen's funeral service. Doing business with this company rates 6 stars.

   Highly recommend using these.I ordered a wedding ring to be engraved, soon after I placed the order, I had to amend the spelling as I had misspelled a word i received an email soon after confirming the change no problem. Nothing was too much trouble they kept in touch and offered advice which was much appreciated and advised about delivery. It arrived exactly when then said and the item with its engraving was stunning . Fantastic product and service.
