   I can’t fault Autoglass Edinburgh after a manufacturing defect in the new windscreen was spotted prior to fitting. I did have to re book a new appointment but far rather that than them just fitting the defective windscreen. We eventually managed to get an OEM windscreen from Ford, which was covered by my insurance, and Tam took very good care of my motorhome whilst fitting it. Well done to Tam and his team. Thank you for keeping quality paramount.

   Poor location details not on Sighthill drive but Calder Road . Took me over an hour to locate the depot after reaching Sighthill drive. The fitters say it’s a constant problem, and appointments are missed.

   I arrived to an appointment this morning that I had booked well in advance. I had confirmed the appointment when they had asked me to. When I arrived I was told that they had overbooked and that they were unable to do my car, the man completely took no accountability and said that it was the booking offices fault. I explained how I had taken a day off and organised childcare. After he made some calls while he said he could get it done but it would take all day until 5.30. My childcare finishes at 4. I explained this to him multiple times and asked if he could rejig other clients. He was unhelpful and frankly quite rude. He towered over me speaking to me firmly in a busy waiting room whilst I was sitting in a chair. I asked for a manager and was told no. I asked if he had kids and understood the complexities of making appointments when childcare was involved and he told me he would not be spoken to like this and walked away. I never raised my voice or cursed at him once. I have never received such poor customer service, especially from a company who previously I thought had a good name.

   Cracked windscreen on my transit. Initially I couldnt get booked in till end of aug (now mid july). I explained my mot was due early aug and they got me booked in within 3 days of calling. As it turns out, my previous windscreen was fitted badly. Super excellent service...

   Piss poor service. Car is 5 months old. Damaged my dash, left covers loose and shattered part of my ADAS system and didn’t say a word when they handed it back to me. Do not take a VW ID to them!

   Ridiculously expensive!! They gave me a quote of over £600 to replace a windscreen that got perfectly replaced for £180. And none of the other quotes I got were over £200.

   I had a broken windscreen and it took about a week before they had an available appointment. That wasn't the fastest speed but it is typical for UK businesses (nothing surprising). Anyway, the windscreen replacement job left scatches all over the dashboard and ton of shards in the demister air vent. The shards would have been easily removed before placing the new windscreen on, and now I can't reach the vent with my hoover. While I appreciate the service in getting my car back on the road, I am quite disappointed by the damages.

   Staff on site did such a great job in replacing my windscreen. Tam was very friendly and helpful. I went for a cycle while the car was getting the repair and fell off my bike, Tam got their first aider Michael to help me and he was very helpful in checking my injuries and cleaning me up. Cheers guys for being awesome!

   Excellent service all round. Jamie who initially looked at the vehicle was brilliant. He was helpful with his advice and took care of every aspect of the job for us. Matthew his colleague was also involved and was great too. Finally Shane who fitted the glass and all the people I spoke to on the phone including Tom made the experience one that was hassle free. Would definitely recommend Auto glass Edinburgh. Thank you all.
