I have received nothing short of the gold standard from the surgery. Bjorn is the most marvellous dental surgeon whose skills together with his personable manner make every visit a happy experience. My children and I both attend this dental practice and we feel well taken care of every time. The staff on reception are friendly and helpful and our dentist Björn is great with the children and with my dental care. I can highly recommend Northway Dental. They are honest and only carry out any work needed without hard selling any additional services to you, which is a rarity these days.
Fabulous dental surgery. After being at my last surgery for over 40 years I was apprehensive to make the change. All the staff were lovely. Very professional. They explained everything including costs. No hard sell just proper dentistry. Thank you!!
An excellent appointment with Becky, the hygienist. She is very understanding and gentle but at the same time efficient. Becky does a really good job and explains where problems are and why and how to keep my teeth and gums healthy.
Lovely dentists, moved to this surgery some time ago as ours lost it's NHS dentist. Took my 2 children ages 12 and 3 for their regular check-ups. Very friendly and timely service, children enjoy going and the little one got a spider man sticker at the end!
Friendly staff. I've been examined by two different dentists since going there. Both very thorough and gentle. Since re-opening after lockdown there's some extra precautions to ensure the safety of patients and staff but nothing that is daunting or off-putting. Have yet to be in the chair on time but the delay is not usually more than 5-10 mins.
