I had Dr Rosemary Care and she made me feel so relaxed — I usually find the dentist a bit nerve wracking but she made me feel immediately at ease. Yes, as always! Was kept waiting over15 mins before going in fir my hygenist appointment though which stressed me a little bit because i'd taken time out of work. Hygenist was very apologetic thiugh. All good otherwise. Thanks

I had a check up at Welshmill with Chris. As always it was a very good experience. His approach is incredibly gentle and reassuring. He always explains the situation with my teeth very clearly and in a way which reassures. He is very kind and conveys his experience without being in any way patronising. I appreciate his approach and manner very much.
I am very anxious about going to the dentist and Chris Park is very good at helping to put me at ease. The dental nurses are also very kind and understanding. I recently had toothache and needed an emergency appointment, the receptionists worked hard to find me one within 3 days. Very professional practice that puts the patients first.
Really friendly staff here. As someone who has a real dislike of the dentist from quite severe dental work when I was young, having Rosemary as my dentist is awesome, she is a lovely lady and puts me at ease totally!

I have been with Dominic and Welshmill fro over 8 years now. Dominic is brilliant with both me and my young children and always remembers you and puts you at ease. The whole team are super friendly.
A good dental practice let down by one of its' dentist (GDC No: 68781) who lets events in her personal life colour the professional decisions she makes. I wonder how long she would last if some of her actions were brought to the attention of the BDA?
