   I recently ordered a watch from Ernest Jones during their Christmas sale, with the promise of delivery on January 2, 2026. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. Upon the delivery date, I found myself having to call the team to inquire about the missing watch. I was informed that the delivery would be delayed by a week, which I understood due to the Christmas break. However, later that day, I received another call stating that my order had been canceled due to the unavailability of the watch. This was both shocking and disappointing. I chose to shop during the Christmas sale where others were also offering the competitive price. The cancellation not only meant that I missed out on the watch, but also caused me the disappointment of not being able to give a special gift I had planned for someone. I am sharing this feedback because I am genuinely puzzled as to why my order was accepted in the first place if the watch was not available. Now, I am faced with the prospect of having to pay a higher price to purchase the same item elsewhere, which adds to my frustration. Given this experience, I regret to say that I will not be considering Ernest Jones for future purchases.

   The service I received today was not of a high standard. I was ready to walk away because of it . I have spent £1600! And would have thought there would be a guarantee with a diamond eternity ring , you’d have thought I’d spent a few pounds the way it was handled . They couldn’t get it done quick enough .

   We went into Ernest jones today to make a purchase. We were served by Kelly who was the most patient person ever while I was constantly changing my mind over what to buy. The store was busy with people coming and going but we didn’t feel rushed whilst we made a purchase which I will love when it arrives (we had to order in as out of stock size in the store but it comes next day delivery!)

   Absolutely fantastic buying experience! Kyla was incredible, so attentive, patient and helpful. We went there twice and tried on a plethora of wedding rings. I really wanted to ensure we picked the right one! The second time we visited, she greeted us with a warm familiar smile and was more than happy to go through a selection again. She wasn’t pushy, or demanding. In fact, we loved her patient manner and finally picked my forever ring! Thank you so much for a wonderful, unforgettable moment in time that will stay with us forever…the day we picked my wedding ring.

   Top service from this store. We viewed engagement rings online and decided on one we both liked! But really would like to see it before purchase, I phoned my local store Dunfermline to see if they had the ring we liked so I could go up and view, then go with my fiancee at wknd they did not have the ring but there was no mention from Dunfermline store you have your own courier's and could source the ring.So I then decided to phone Livingston and the woman got me my ring all the way from Crawley and I made the drive the next day to get my ring.

   Absolutely the worst experience ever , don’t do anything for there customers will never shop there again at least there customer services has some compassion and where happy to help , told them a another jewellery shop in Livingston fixed it for nothing, not like this store wanted to charge over the odds, bad shop will never shop there again

   Anne, worker at Ernest Jones, was one of the nicest people I have met. I was there on the 9th of March and I bought a Lacoste watch. I had a problem with my card but Anne was very patient with us and waited until it was sorted. She was very smiley and was talking to us. She also gave me a birthday ribbon on my bag which I found quite nice. I will definitely come back again if I ever want anything else. Thank you for the great service. Will recommend to others.
