   Cant speak highly enough about the team at Fairlight. They managed to fit me in for emergency treatment when they didn't have any slots left before Christmas, but were willing to juggle around to get me mended before Christmas. It's great to see a dentist so committed to quality & customer care.

   I've been attending this Dental Surgery since I was a lad (some 60 years ago) and it has had some really good dental practitioners over the years. The current group are undoubtably the best yet, in my view. I have had a fair amount of work done in recent years – fillings, root canals, a bridge – all carried out painlessly and with great professionalism. The staff are always friendly and courteous. I did have a slight phobia of the ‘hygienist session’ and would avoid if I could, but Dr. Sian Jones has recently introduced a new hygienist to the team who, along with her assistant, were so friendly, reassuring and careful that I won’t worry about that bit of my 6-monthly check-up in future. I highly recommend Chepstow Dental Care.

   I have been with Chepstow Dental Care for about seven years since moving to the area. From the moment you step into the building you are met with a warm welcome from the lovely ladies at the reception desk and everyone there has been very helpful, kind and friendly. A few years ago I decided to have dental implants and Dr Sian Jones and her team have been wonderful. Sian made the whole procedure pain free and went to so much trouble to ensure that I was comfortable and at ease. The after care has been superb, nothing has been too much trouble and now I have my smile back. I would give Sian and her whole team the highest recommendation.

   Today Sian and her team inserted a dental implant in my upper jaw. Previously she had scanned my jaw and talked through the options and process in detail so I was fully aware of what to expect. Throughout today’s procedure I had had full confidence in Sian’s knowledge and professionalism and was at ease with both her and her assistant’s calm and friendly manner. Sian ensured that I was pain free at all times and provided an aftercare “goody bag” and instructions to help my mouth heal. A massive thank you to all at the practice and I look forward to the next part of the procedure with total confidence.

   Very good dentist and good treatment however their inability to let the customer choose their direct debit date is very poor and are unwilling to accommodate the customers needs.

   Amazing facilities and clinicians. Everyone from the lovely reception staff to the diligent nurses and the fabulous Sian are brilliant here....(I’m sure Jon is also fabulous just to add). It’s easy to be top notch and positive when a case is straightforward but when it’s as complex and as time consuming as mine that’s when true experience and dedication comes through. Ever since my initial enquiry to starting treatment last week, all the staff have been positive, kind and practical in getting the job done. Even though I can’t wait to see the final results I know I’m in excellent hands with Chepstow Dental Care until then. X
