   First class service from the moment we walked in to the shop. Myself and my fiancée went in to the shop to look at engagement rings. Ailsa who helped us was very knowledgeable and patient as we tried lots of different styles on. When the rings we chose were not in stock in the sizes we needed at the Livingston store she went above and beyond with the assistance of Rebecca to organise us picking them up from their sister store in Glasgow. We wanted them before we left on Monday for our 3 week trip so it could have been a stressful experience but Ailsa was amazing at emailing us with all of the details on pickup at the Glasgow store. Many thanks for all of your help it was very much appreciated. I would not hesitate to recommend this store to anyone looking to purchase jewellery.

   My partner and I visited the Barclays store in Livingston Designer outlet to collect our engagement rings on Saturday 17/2/24. We were attended to by Pauline and the service was seamless and very professional. We were made to feel very special and the whole experience is one we will cherish forever, right down to the finer details - diamond certifications, advice on cleaning our beautiful rings, followed by tea and bubbly. We can’t praise the service highly enough and we absolutely adore our rings and the engravings. They are the perfect choice. A special thank you to Pauline who guided us during our 3 visits. She is extremely knowledgeable and a credit to Barclays.

Kirsty was very informative and I'm glad that I listened to her advice.    A wonderful experience at Barclays diamonds. Myself and my partner went to the store to buy our wedding rings. We were made to feel welcome and guided to what we may like, given lots of options. Even though the store was closing they over run to allow us to take our time and be happy with our purchase. Great experience and value for money with trust worthy helpful employees. Extremely satisfied. Would highly recommend

   Was in this shop looking for a new watch, kirsty was helping me choose one I really liked, giving great advice and knowledge of the watch, Helen the manager came over to help aswell as I was still confused, the two of them sealed the deal with there advice and professional attitude. Got a fantastic longines of which I love. Kirsty adjusted the bracelet to my liking and did all the paperwork, perfect . Thanks to kirsty and Helen, will definitely call in when in the area again. Live in Cumbria but have friends in Scotland. Chris.

   Popped in here a few days ago looking for an eternity ring. The staff were very approachable, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Brett helped with my choice and making me feel at ease and special, even although it was not a big purchase. The manager(Helen) helped with my choice and agreed to up-size my wedding band free of charge. Really delighted with my experience, will be going there for future purchases and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for jewellery for themselves or as gifts. Well done, great example of customer service at its best.

   My mum and I visited this shop yesterday to look for a piece of jewellery to mark what would have been her 66th wedding anniversary to my wonderful dad who passed away 2 years ago. As soon as we entered the shop the service was outstanding, we were offered to take a seat and asked if we would like something to drink. Mia was so attentive and spent a lot of time happily bringing jewellery to try, giving advice and chatting generally about choices she really put us totally at ease with no pressure to buy. As mum went to pay Helen came over ti ask if we got what we were looking for and how the service had been, it really made us feel as if we were lifelong valued customers, such a refreshing quality that is sadly lacking in other jewellery shops. Highly recommended and we look forward to our next visit, thank you so much.
