Visited Barclays Diamonds in Livingston shopping centre a couple of weeks ago. Was greeted and served by a lovely staff member Pauline. My partner and I were choosing an engagement ring. Pauline brought out the most amazing ring I have ever seen! I hadn’t even noticed the ring in the window so I can’t thank her enough as it goes perfectly with my wedding band. We were treated so well and thanks to Pauline she made my nerves disappear very quickly and made us both feel at ease at very relaxed.
