    I visit this store twice a week minimum. All the staff are helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, especially Lynn, Simi, and Sam. Such a nice atmosphere, and never put under any pressure to purchase or ever feeling rushed out the door. The staff are very informative, and if there's ever a problem, I know they'll do everything they can to help me. The staff also know what kinda things I like now, and will point out any new items - love the personal touch. I wouldnt go to another store now, purely because of the friendly and welcoming staff

    Amazing. Bought a beautiful ring for my daughter's birthday. Didn't buy the most expensive item in the shop but sales staff treated my daughter as if she was buying diamonds. Also whilst there I mentioned my Pandora bracelet had a scratch so they replaced it there and then no quibble. I wasn't even expecting a replacement, just a polish. Fantastic staff.
