1st class professional service from all the staff at the surgery. Ronnie Bindra always takes the time to explain treatment options and gives excellent dental hygiene advice.
I visited this dental clinic for the first time. The team were welcoming and supportive. They had good listening skills and were very thorough when completing their dental examination. The clinic is large and has a peaceful atmosphere. The administration team explained carefully what treatments they offer and assisted me carefully to complete paperwork.
First appointment here with SungEun Kwak, she was brilliant and calming (I'm a nervous patient with a strong gag reflex) first to take regular x-rays since I can't recall how long. Overall a great visit for someone like me, who has an aversion to dentists. Thank you.
Dentist Tim Ahmed was professional and very friendly. I didn't feel anything and the procedure was fast. He made sure i was well informed and knew what my options were, and what he would recommend. I had been accidentally sold on an unnecessarily expensive service by a previous dentist and he intervened to get me a better inexpensive alternative. Diligent Hygienist as well but I never got her name.
I only see Dr Timothy Ahmed so I can't comment on the other dentists. Dr Ahmed is such a friendly and helpful guy and a very conscientious dentist. The nurses are really kind and the current rota of receptionists are great (they don't tend to stay long for some reason?). Appointments can be booked online, on the phone and in person but they book up fast, especially the NHS appointments book up months in advance. I would recommend it.

I have been with this dental practice for a few years, I have never had a problem with appointments or admin. I have had a couple of good dentists in that time but they seem to leave! however the dentist I now have Elliott Munroe is the best ever. He is very professional and polite and seems to take pride in what he does therefore giving you confidence in what he does. lets hope he does not leave.
Practice is clean tidy and welcoming, easy to park, great availability of appointments and staff are friendly and welcoming. Saw Monique for a hygienist appointment who was super thorough and gentle, and Tim who did a great job repairing a broken tooth, would recommend this practice !
I have been with this practice since 2010. My visit today was as smooth and professional as always. Tim takes the time to listen and then explain the planned course of treatment. It’s such a relief to have access to high quality dental care once again.
